How to push back against painful thinking, and last call for my anxiety reduction course

Hi Reader,

There's two reasons for this email. It's the last one you're going to get about my anti-anxiety course, which starts tomorrow.

And as usual, I'd like to share something as practical from the course as well, so you can get something useful out of this email, whether or not you are thinking of signing up.

This video gives an example of the kind of thought work that I keep talking about, and that I'll be teaching in the course, applied in a real life situation.

In the course, you'll be developing the skills you need to do this. It probably won't be this straightforward and easy for you right away, that takes practice and experience, but you'll be able to do the practice and play with your own negative thoughts in this way (and other ways, I present a few different options).

And if you're wanting to join my anxiety reduction course, but that intention got lost in the chaos of life, or slipped into the brain fog vortex, this is a gentle reminder that the course starts tomorrow.
